Practice Information
PRACTICE TIMES:
RED TEAM: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
WHITE TEAM & BLACK TEAM: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
TEAM ASSIGNMENTS:
Will be made BY COACHES following these guidelines -
- Red Team - Our younger swimmers and swimmers new to the swim team not familiar with all 4 strokes. Must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.
- White Team - More experienced swimmers that know all 4 strokes. Must have the endurance to swim for 2 hours.
- Black Team - Our older and most experienced swimmers that have either competed for 4 years, or younger swimmers that are capable of competing at the State level.
1ST WEEK OF PRACTICE ASSUMPTIONS:
Red Team (7yrs & younger) 5:00 – 6:00 PM
White & Black Team (8 yrs & older) 6:00 – 7:30 PM *Practices are Mon – Thur
